Sewage treatment grinders wastewater handling equipment
Construction :
The wastewater grinders are assembled by motor, reducer, gear box, cutting chamber, mechanical seal, shell, PLC etc.
Principle :
1. Solids enter grinders through pipeline flange connection.
2. Solids pass through cutters for size reduction.
3. Solids are cut into smaller particles and no threat to downstream equipment.
Materials :
1.Motor: Customized, multiple power options
2.Shaft: heat-treated alloy steel 4140 with surface harden evenly
3.Cutter and spacer: heat-treated alloy steel 4130 with surface harden evenly.
4.The hardness is not less than 45~50HRC
5.Housings: Ductile cast iron ASTMA 536
